Custom Tattoo Design and Consultation

A design worked out with the artist before anyone touches a needle, not decided on the spot.

Custom work starts with a conversation, not a stencil. An artist needs to understand what you want, where it is going, how big it needs to be to hold detail at that size, and how it will read on your specific body — a design that looks balanced on paper can sit oddly on a curved shoulder or a narrow forearm without adjustment.

This is also where style gets matched properly. If you know the look you want — fine line, bold traditional, black-and-grey realism, something else entirely — that should drive who you are matched with, since not every skilled artist works comfortably in every style. Bring references if you have them; they communicate more accurately than a description alone.
